vidim da pise da su treninzi po 20 minuta. to bas i nije tocno, jer ima treninga i po 40 minuta, i po 20, i izmedju. ali peporucam piyo, meni jako pase i svidja mi se :dada

Većina tjedna je u vježbama od po 20ak minuta. Vjerojatno je zato takav opis.

Za sve početnike koji žele mišiće, utegnuti se ali nisu za skakanje i previše cardia
Beast Body - video preview

opis:
plesni program za sve uzraste i generacije, 6 plesnih treninga koji traju od prosječno 25-30 minuta. Program traje 30 dana. Ne treba oprema.
