Mame koje imate problema evo neki tipsovi za povecavanje zaliha mlijeka (kako u pocecima dojenja tako i kad se npr. pocne dodavati druga hrana cesto treba pomoci da mlijeko nadode u vecoj kolicini)<

Do jučer sam isprobala sve metode osim tople kupke. Jučer sam, nakon što sam pročitala tvoje savjete, napunila kadu i opustila se nakratko u istoj, a nakon toga legla pred TV. I znaš što? Moj se sin napokon najeo! Hvala, Adrianova majko! <i></i>

Ovdje u Nejmackoj preporucaju Malz, tj slad koja se nalazi u pivi. Ima za kupiti malz u limenci. To je kao piva samo jako slatko i bezakloholno. Malz se takodjer nalazi i u bijeloj kavi tj. Malzkaffe od Kneipa ili kod nas Divka <

Kad sam primijetila da imam manje mlijeka, počela sam piti puno više tekućine, i izdajati se i onda kada se nije imalo bog-zna-što izdojiti. I već sljedeći dan mlijeka je bilo u izobilju.<
